Doesn’t Work

I’ve subscribed in two packages before it start working costing me 20 euros because the app doesn’t work, then it stopped working saying its not available in the netherlands

Why do you charge me if you don’t operate on the netherlands simply hide the app from the store?

When i asked for a refund they forwarded me to another party
