Steredenn: Binary Stars is the hugely expanded version of Steredenn. - Cargos can drop medkits.

An amazing game!
I'm really enjoying it at the moment. The only thing i would to see being added in the future from a 'rogue-lite' is an overall progression to this improve your ship in order to make next run easier (like rogue legacy, dungeon of the endless and FTL). Also maybe new ship spirits? But so far it's a 10/10!!!
