Echt een fijne app! Tinnitus is bij mij een van de symptomen nav een hersenschudding. De meditaties zijn heel rustgevend en een fijne stem om naar te luisteren. Aanrader!

Fijn om bij je te hebben

Ik vind de tinnitus meditatie heel fijn. Eigenlijk leer je dan te luisteren naar je geluid en ga je accepteren dat dat geluid bij je hoort. Het wordt een gewenning.
Bij de maskeer geluiden hoorde ik eventjes mijn eigen geluid niet meer. Maar een geluid van de krekeltjes die precies hetzelfde klinken.
Ik heb veel aan de app en ook ontzettend veel baat gehad bij de cursus.
Zeker aan te bevelen.
