Wie weet

1e dag zit erop! Niet gerookt! Fijn om te zien, dat is de broodnodige motivatie, dat ik nu al veel geld bespaard heb.
Lichamelijk gaat de gezondheid natuurlijk iets rustiger verbeteren en het helpt enorm daar overzicht over te krijgen
Ik ben er nog lang niet maar vind de app erg motiverend
