INSTRUCTIONS: If your device has an external case then please remove it before using this app.

One way to check is to hold the phone close to a stainless steel knife and see that the indicator changes.

The app uses the magnetometer to measure the magnetic field when your phone is placed near ferrous metal objects.

- Calibrate the sensor when the readings are invalid.
- You can adjust the sensitivity to detect low or high variations.
- The hold button allows you to hold the read value until you press it again.
