Tangem - Crypto wallet 4+

At first I was excited about this wallet, nice and easy for transactions when on the road. Unfortunately I was disappointed really fast. I wanted to swap a coin first to test out the wallet, I entered all the correct details and let it read the card. I waited a few minutes and nothing happened, but it took the gas fees of my ETH. Contacting support was no joy either, instead of looking at the problem they simply kept repeating what they could see and didn’t really listen to what I explained to them. So I gave it the benefit of the doubt and today I tried to send some LTC to an exchange. All operations done and the app gave an error even after trying three more times. In other words, I was excited and only received disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this wallet at all, if you look for a wallet, try a Safepal S1 or Ledger Nano X, both can be used with an iPhone and do their job correctly. I will transfer all my assets to my other wallet and will not use this piece of c**p anymore. Be very careful if you are going to use this wallet!!!

In response to your answer: this shows again that your support didn’t listen, I didn’t try to do a transfer only a swap, which the device never performed, but no worries I took all my assets out and only if I have no other option in the entire world, I will use this in emergency cases, maybe even use Zengo hot wallet instead before using this as emergency at least they carry out the transaction as requested.

As we told you before, when you first exchange a smart contract token, a swap permission is always requested additionally, which is standard practice for all exchange services. Native coins don't require such permission, as they are not governed by smart contracts, but by blockchain algorithms. When you give permission to use a smart token contract, the network commission is also charged during it.
Regarding your problem with LTC transfer, maybe this problem was caused by availability of blockchain servers API at some particular point of time, because we checked this situation and couldn't find any similar case.
