Configuration overwhelming but support is great
I bought a Tasmota smart plug because it has stand-alone features which I wanted to use.
The configuration of the smart plug is versatile and can be overwhelming. In the configuration of my plug I lost the power and energy measuring sensors and data but I got it to work the way I wanted. Not complete without trial and error though. What must be said is that the support is fast and very helpful!
I bought 2 more plugs for future use!

IoT on premises
What has always bothered me with IoT was the hard requirement for storing your data in the cloud. It took me some time to discover the type of devices that do not require cloud to operate. This app fits perfectly to that picture as it works as fast as you can get, and provides all the info available from the remote sensor in a convenient way!

Spamming me with trial popups
I know I’m using the trial. Why would I need a pop-up for that? And it keeps spamming me. Pls fix

Hi, first of all:
Are you using the free version or the PRO-Trial version? That makes a difference. - Free version shows pop-ups when you try to use a function that is only available in Pro.
- Pro-Trial shows a popup only some days before the trial expires, so you are not caught by surprise, when it runs out.
Please contact us at support@tasmotrol.com as we would like to understand where the pop-ups are unnecessary from your point of view. Our intention is to provide best user experience - regardless of free or trial or pro. So we are happy to make adjustments where needed - if you let us know details via above mail.
