Why don't teams work?

Often because we don't understand the team dynamics. And because we as team members don't always have awareness of or understand our differences with all our other team mates. If we can do these things, we can become an outstanding team, work better, be more productive together. We can win more often, be the best we can be.

It's based on psychology led by Carl Jung and others which has been developed over the past 100 years and is particularly grounded in research in more recent years. It is now starting to dovetail with findings in neuroscience.

Answer 12 questions honestly and get a team mate to do the same... or you can first answer how you think someone else would answer, just to experiment, and ask them later. This will give you some insights into each other. Run it with the whole team and you can all gain valuable insights into how you each prefer to operate - and how you can all work together better, and develop ideas and plans to make that happen.

Intended to be primarily for fun and amusement, but used well it's a powerful tool.
