Tennis Clash：Sports Stars Game 12+

Hi! Believe it or not, I rarely leave comment on App Store. But I do really like Tennis Clash and I want to have a better experience. Thus I want to suggest couple of points. I hope you’d seriously consider.

1. I am sorry to being harsh but to be fully honest, matchmaking algorithm is awful. As I understand, the most important factor is the number of cups player has. This constantly leds to terrible opponents that you do not deserve with your stats. Most of the time (almost every time), opponent is either too weak or too strong so you win or lose expect for some couple surprises. I am a tennis player so I understand based on a cup matchmaking makes sense from solid tennis perspective. But I feel like you are missing the point that this is a game and we have to enjoy it. I see two solution to the problem. Either the stat difference can be less obviously recognized or matchmaking algorithm can include stats comparison as a secondary criteria. I’d go with the second one. Of course you are the developer of this game, you can still think better. This is just my nearly blind guess and comment. But in any case, this problem is the most frustrating problem I am experiencing so I’d expect you guys to come up with a proper solution that can help us to actually enjoy our matches. Lets be honest, most of the player are never going to reach top point. For them, like me, what is important is to enjoy our matches, whether that is a loss or win.

2. This is less important but voles. When a player comes with good servis and volley, it is nearly impossible to pass them. By talking to my friends playing the game too, I understand this is a common headache. In fact, one is playing servis and volley just because he knows it is a play hard to win against in the game. I think the problem here is volley. Volley players have a natural advantage that they react and hit the ball faster in time. That is normal. But considering this, even with a long high ball to the baseline wouldn’t rarely work for them. Because they can still run and hit the ball. I think the strength multiplier (or whatever you call it) of the volley should be somehow less.

3. Players “always” try to hit from their powerful side. This shouldn’t be always and it should be dependent on us. This is at first, away from being realistic. My forehand in real life is stronger, but I do not always try to hit the ball with my forehand. If I need to hit a backend, I am hitting it. So in gameplay, I’d expect for my character to do the same. Again, you can think better, but what I can think as a solution is the following. If I hit the ball with my pan gesture before ball hits to the ground, my character should be able to hit from the whatever side the ball is on. Right now, characters are literally obssessed with hittingfrom their powerful side. This can even lead to loss of a point. While my character tries to take position from its powerful side when a ball comes to its weak side, I am losing perhaps around 0.5 second which gives my opponent to take his/her position. This is out of my control and therefore not fair. I should be able to hit from whatever side I am prefferring to hit the ball at the moment.

4. Please, do not sell item that a non-paying player cannot gain somehow. In particular, strings. Gucci strings for example. That kind of items can be nearly impossible to a non-paying player to buy that expensive item, thats not important. But this is totally not fair to gain power by paying to the game. Paying must be there for the boost your skills faster. As an arbitrary example, paying can immediately give you 10 Gucci strings but without paying a player have to pay like 5000 gems. The problem is about being fair. Never exclude your non-paying customers. This is bothering a lot. The options should be available to anyone and price cannot be discussed. But exlusive strong items that a free user cannot get it in any way, that is being just rude and to be honest this is kind of a thing that I really find low. Please do respect everyone.

The game is very good but the opponent skill levels aren’t nearly matched in opponent finding. This means I constantly get opponents with ratings 10 to 20 % higher than mine, which is virtually unwinnable. It’s a huge dealbreaker for me
