We are a members-only global community of open-minded creatives working in tech, design, architecture, food, filmmaking, science, journalism, psychology, marketing, education, etc.
WHAT IS THE BREAKFAST?
The only app designed for offline, real-life connections with interesting people. Over breakfast.
HOW TO JOIN THE BREAKFAST?
Simply download the app and submit your profile. We review new applications daily and invite people with informative, friendly, and verifiable profiles. You can also get your invite code from someone who is already a member.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Breakfast introduces you to interesting people to meet and talk with over breakfast. We call every introduction a “chance”, and you can take only one chance per day.
MEMBERSHIP PLANS
We don’t offer free trials to ensure that all our members approach every new introduction with the same level of intention and respect. You can choose between monthly and annual membership plans. The price is displayed in the app and varies per country.

Great idea, but not too many users
Application is fine, but it’s really sad that you won’t get 1 person/per day as it was advertised. For me, algorithm works for 8+ hours to get a new match
Good idea, not so good execution
The idea of the app is great, but the app itself has several problems:
1. very small user base, which means matching takes a lot more than the advertised 1 day.
2. small window to „match“ with someone. When you don’t use the app on a regular basis (which of course you won’t if it’s just 1 person that you can match with per day), most of the time I just wasn’t able to confirm my match on time. After 3 weeks of trying, I gave up and cancelled the subscription.
3. no trial period. There is no option to try out the app before committing to payment. Which makes sense because it doesn’t work well and they would probably make no money at all if they didn’t charge right away.
4. Idle profile unless you confirm you want to be matched. Every day you need to confirm that you want to be matched otherwise your profile is idle and the app isn’t looking for anyone for you. This mechanic was not very convenient for me, it was hard getting a match in general and then having to confirm within a given timeperiod and then having to confirm again that I want to be matched with someone - so all in all a long and inefficient process.
Good concept but enough users
Not worth it to get a subscription because it takes 2+ days to get even one match. I’ve been waiting for a couple days and nothing. It’s really confusing
