App somtime crashes

Bad app, no support

Couldn’t give less then one star but for a while the app doesn’t seem to be able to notice I have a one year subscription and subsequently wont allow me to download magazines. I bought one just to see weather it would say I have a sub, but it nicely deducted €5 from my paypal. I wonder why I should sub for €35 per year if I can’t download any magazine.
