Disgraceful quality for such a huge international organization
This app has so many UX flaws, it is embarrassing. Some lowlights:
- Navigation is inconsistent.
- ‘Live’ filter in schedule blocks other filters. First you have to disable it to look again at schedule for other days.
- Schedule doesn’t show any (intermediate) results in the overview. Eg if you are tracking hockey/soccer you can filter the schedule to show only live matches. But to see the live score you have to open each match
- Preferences are not (always) remembered. Again the schedule can be filtered on country and sport. But you can select only 1 each. And when you leave and enter the app again, the filter is reset again.
- You can select your home country but there is only 1 place hidden somewhere at the bottom of the index page where it seems to have any effect. Why not ‘default’ all screens like schedule and news to your home country? Now you have to filter is manually every single time you use the app
- Another seemingly useless preference are your favorite sports. For starters you can only select 8. Why only 8?! It’s 2021, there is no legitimate argument for this limitation. And the again it doesn’t have any effect I could find.
I will see for another day or so if it has any use, but I expect to remove the app soon.
Country missing in filter list
I tried to filter for Netherlands, but it is not listed in the filter with countries 🤷🏻♀️

Really one of the worst sports app compared to NBA, grand slams, FlashScore etc.
