No wallet
Geeft bij alles aan: niet-mobiel ticket en dan kan je het niet openen. Ook geen optie om het in je wallet te zetten, (kan bij ticketmaster.com allang). De oude app was fijner, zie die helaas niet meer in de store staan
Hele slechte UX
De aanmeld procedure is een van de slechtste welke ik ooit gezien heb. De wachtwoord feedback functionaliteit raakt kant noch wal. Indicator laat zien dat een wachtwoord aan de eisen voldoet en cleared een stap later vervolgens doodleuk de hele form met de melding dat er een nummer in het wachtwoord moet staan (welke er toch echt in zit). Het lijkt er op dat de input validatie gewoon niet overweg kan met wat complexere wachtwoorden. Op deze manier is het nog efficiënter om je account gegevens in een hiëroglief te kerven en die per postkoets naar het kantoor te sturen. Je zou toch verwachten dat dit normaal niet voorbij QA zou komen.
First review ever
This is the first time I leave a review for anything online. This app deserves a special place in hell. Nothing works, everything is buggy and the best part is I paid for tickets I didn’t get because of these bugs.
I hate this app.
