Bugs?

It’s a nice game but a week ago I traded stuff on the ship for energy, stuff is gone and no energy came back. And only after 5 days my amulet for 7 days an increased capacitybar with 100 energy started working. Feel a little screwed...

A very ‘buggie’ game - very prone to freezing, particularly when interfacing with in-app adverts or collecting rewards - also, when playing the ‘Jeweller’s Society’ mini-game, if you complete the task within the first allotted time period, instead of being rewarded, you will invariably be penalised with the sentence “You did not find anything” (not always, only 9 times out of 10)
When I contacted the Support regarding the freezing problem, I was asked to make a video of the next time it happened and send it to them. I found this a most bizarre suggestion as, when the game freezes, that’s exactly what it does : it freezes, and there is nothing to video plus the fact that there is no certainty of when it is going to freeze in order to prepare to video.
When collecting rewards at the end of each mini-game, after the advert plays, the game frequently does not return you to the game. You are then forced to watch another advert (1 if you’re lucky) after which the game is prone to freeze.
The freezing problem is similar to that in another game by the same developer called ‘Murder in the Alps’ which is an excellent game except for the freezing problem.
