Versie 4.59.0

We've fixed a few things and tweaked some others. We've quite simply made the app slightly better.

Works fine but ...

App works fine for the most part. Impossible to get in touch with the company of you have any payment issues .
I’ve used the app 3 times now and I see that I’ve been charged 5 times .

You have only one email address where I have repeatedly sent emails but no response .

I don’t know how to get my money back .

Hello! Are you sure that you emailed support@tiptapp.se or support@tiptapp.com? We answer all emails within 24 hours, but often within a few hours, or even minutes.

You are only able to pay 1 time, that is when you confirm that is has been completed. In any other case that a helping user was not selected or that the ad was cancelled, the reservation will be let go automatically from hour side, while your bank could hold them for minutes up to 12 days.
