Wrong pics

I have a business account on IG which means I can see which posts had the most likes. One of the pics that was in my top 9, had less likes than a post that was not in my top mine. Incorrect.

Hello there! We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Did you check if you don't have hidden likes on some of your Instagram posts? In case the likes count is hidden, only you can see the likes of your posts and no one else. Therefore, TOP 9 or any other app cannot generate your most liked posts correctly. By tapping on the top left ''?'' icon in the TOP 9 app, you will access an easy-to-follow tutorial. On the second screen, the tutorial shows how to unhide the likes count. Alternatively, please message our customer support directly via the app, and we will control the most liked posts gained by the TOP 9 compared to your Instagram. We look forward to hearing from you!
