Doesn’t work, feel scammed!! Don’t use!

Just bought 1 year subscription because I’m in Thailand and couldn’t watch serie on Disney (Netherlands). Installed this VPN and choose Dutch connection. Disney still recognises that I’m not in Holland and doesn’t work. I searched for suppport email but nowhere to be found.
Also choose the so-called ‘fastest’ connection but that’s slower than the local WiFi connection. What a rip-off. I paid with PayPall and will try to get my money back.
