Happiness team...!!!!!!
I like to say that I’m more than happy with my tractive. It works accurate and the app is really easy to use and shows everything I wanna know. But the most I’m impressed by the service off what you call “happiness team”, I can say that they really made me happy. My tractive broke down for one reason or an other. The service they provided is over and beyond.

- after I send my tracker back I got an email with confirmation it arrived in 48 hours
- they checked it and replaced it for a new one.
Everything was solved in 5 business days. And even when the Dutch postal service f..ck.d the delivery up tractive made sure I got a new tracker in 48 hours after I found out the Dutch postal service f.ck.d up...
App updates
Update August 2021 - DO NOT BUY! Tractive is an exit product! Originally very good, but now, abused by (new?) owners, managers and programmers, Tractive is on its way to extinction (like myriads of good software products before). Deteriorating response times, screen clutter and illogical design make it a unusable, especially when a rapid pet-response is needed.
Update March 2021 - The last update of tractive is very illogical: the switch from map to profile now shows a ‘pet’, ‘tracker’, ‘family’ menu with ‘pet’ as first choice... Now, you must realize that ‘pet’ and ‘family’ are rarely used and ‘tracker’ several times per dogwalk, to look at battery or switch-on sound or light. So: why don’t you make the ‘tracker’ functions more accessible, ie with less clicks?

Geluid te hoge toon
Het geluid van de tractive gps heeft een veel te hoge toon. Het geluid aanzetten als de gps om de nek van je kat zit is bijna misdadig. Doe daar wat aan aub.
Voor de rest is tractive een goed product.
