Description
Training Vault is unique from other available training apps because it offers employers the ability to log, track, and share employee training. From seminar and conference attendances, to tracking certifications and licenses, Training Vault provides an all-encompassing record of training completed before, during, and after the individual’s employment. This means an employee’s training stays with the individual throughout their career, regardless of who they work for, and the individual can view their records through the Training Vault app at any time.
The Training Vault app makes it easier than ever for employees to successfully complete training On-Demand anytime, anywhere. The On-Demand library can be loaded with company resources, training videos, and toolbox talks for employee access. When On-Demand Training is successfully completed, it is automatically saved to the individual’s Training Vault record for future reference.
Expired certifications, trainings and licenses are now a thing of the past with Training Vault’s notification system. App notifications and email alerts help employers and employees keep their training records up to date.
Training Vault app access is managed through the Training Vault website.
