Wat een vervelend programma
Ik dacht er wel mee uit de voeten te kunnen, dus door 10,99(!) per maand te betalen dacht ik mezelf tijd te permitteren.
Conclusie: ik was uiteindelijk nog sneller klaar met notulen uittypen dan dit programma. En wat een slechte kwaliteit. Er wordt maar wat gemaakt van de woorden die getranscribeerd zouden moeten zijn.
Dit bewijst maar dat human intelligence niet in zijn geheel te vervangen is door artificial intelligence.
Meteen mijn abbonement stopgezet. Dat zijn niet de notulen die ik wil uitdragen. Zonde van m’n geld!

Worthless
App keeps repeating that I need to subscribe whilst I already did! Payed € 10 for nothing! Don’t order this crab.

The issue you are facing is a bug under the Apple Subscription server side.
Please check our troubleshoot guide: https://transcriber.binarieslab.com/knowledgebase/why-my-subscription-is-not-activated/
In order to walk-around, please do the following:
1. Access your Apple Subscription account by clicking on the link: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
2. Select the Transcriber application
3. Confirm the signature by clicking on the button at the top right.
4. Wait a few minutes and access the application again.

If you still see the in-app store to be subscribed, click on Restore.
Best support ever!!! Recommend using this app
I strongly recommend using this app for your transcriptions on iPhone. It has a overall good transcription in the Dutch language, really as good as can be expected from automatic transcription.
And for me it’s the support that counts. I ran into some trouble with my audiofiles not being processed, but the support team really went out of its way to solve the problem. And now it does exactly what I need it to do, transcribe by unlimited audiofiles and not by hour. Just for a monthly pay of 10 something euro’s.
And in case the app doesn’t work properly I now know they’ll have my back.
And that’s what counts, people who really put their clients first!
