SUBSCRIPTION:

We offer clear subscription options. With our four plans – 30-minute, 2-hour, 5-hour, and 45-hour, you only pay for as many minutes as you need.

All plans cover all transcriber features + additional transcription time.

If you choose to get one of our plans, your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal depends on your Subscription Plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.

subscribed but never got any texts, app isn't working. SCAM

Hello Luuk! We are sorry to hear you are struggling with the use of Transcriber. Please, message our customer support team directly via the app, and we will help you to order a transcription of your audio recording. If you already did so, please check the status label attached to the recording. If it shows Transcribed, tap on the selected recording and tap on the bottom Transcript button. Here, you can access the transcript, edit it in the smart editor, and export it for further use. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

The transcript is literally gibberish…

Hi there! Please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused. It looks like you have submitted a bad-quality audio recording for the transcription. The app cannot impact the quality of your audio, therefore, it can negatively impact the transcription quality. We recommend submitting an improved audio recording, and you will see the results are much improved. Feel free to drop us a message via the app, and we will refund you the transcription minutes and provide you with some recording tips. Thank you!

Waardeloze uitwerking en nog duur ook

Ik heb echt een onleesbaar stuk (in het Nederlands) teruggekregen en het was makkelijker om maar helemaal opnieuw te beginnen dan om stukje voor stukje te herzien.
De taal algoritmes moeten echt beter wil ik hier ook nog weer eens gebruik van maken.
