Great motivational tool

Love the workouts so far. Doable and also a realistic meal plan.
Only thing I miss (thusfar) is sound in the app. But maybe I just did not find it.

Images and videos did not load

I purchased the program with equipment. Unfortunately, none of the videos could load on my iPhone 12 Pro Max with the latest iOS software. Even after going to and fro with customer support, it was not possible to resolve the issue.
