Description
Get the most out of your Travelcard with the Travelcard app.
You get everything out of your Travelcard with the Travelcard app. With this handy app, you can easily navigate to one of our 470,000 charging points in Europe, to the car wash suitable for your truck and the filling stations and parking options in your area.
• MOBILE REFUELLING
It is now possible to use mobile refuelling via the app at selected filling stations. In the future, we hope to expand the number of locations and make mobile charging possible as well.
• CREATE ACCOUNT
It is now possible to create an account with an e-mail address and password. Forgotten your password? It is now also possible to reset your password yourself.
• LOCATION FINDER
Find petrol stations, charging points, parking facilities and connected car washes with our location finder.
We have improved the filters, so you can now filter by:
- Price
- Distance
- Kwh
- Availability charge point
- Truck-friendly carwash
Have you found a location where you want to refuel, load, wash or have maintenance done? Then the location finder will plot the route for you. That makes your life just a little bit easier!
• CONNECTING MAPS
It is now also possible to link your charging card to the app. You can add up to 10 personal charge/fuel cards to your account.
• FUTURE UPDATES
We are working hard to make full transaction history available for this app, among other things.

Bedankt voor je review! Ons team is er hard mee bezig! We hopen eind Q1/begin Q2 live te gaan met deze update.
Nutteloos
Als gebruiker van de Travelcard laaddruppel verwacht je dat de bijhorende app tenminste de laadpunten waar de druppel werkt juist aangeeft. Dat doet hij niet, tenminste niet buiten Nederland. Of de aangegeven laadpunt accepteer de druppel niet, of een zelf gevonden laadpunt waar de druppel wel werkt wordt in de app niet weergegeven. Beide zijn even irritant.
Er zijn legio navigatie apps die nauwkeurig melden of een laadpunt bezet is of niet, zonder de vervelende en regelmatig terugkerende Travelcard melding van “Oops, er is een probleem, probeer later”.
Ik zal met de trage werking van de app kunnen leven mits de resultaten betrouwbaar zijn. Helaas is dat niet het geval.
Deze app is een beta-product. Het is zonde van de telefoon-opslagruimte.
