- Set intermediate goals.
- Limitless calculations: we analyze every step you (don’t) take and adapt your training schedule accordingly – if necessary. 
- All eyes on the prize, we even let you set your training conditions such as altimeters and surface.
- Export workout schedule to Garmin: start your training direct from your Garmin device!
- Add a Rate of Perceived Extertion (RPE) to your completed workouts and we'll adjust your training load if necessary.

Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed by the user in the app settings and via the iTunes Store. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Top app!

Afgelopen jaar de app getest als voorbereiding op de de Devils Trail op Schiermonnikoog. Dat smaakte naar meer en ben samen met Trenara wezen trainen voor de 60 van Texel. Het is mij zeer goed bevallen en ga het zeker nog eens gebruiken.

Super efficiënt

Hele waardevolle app die op een professionele en leuke manier zorgt dat je daadwerkelijk de juiste trainingen op maat uitvoerde waardoor je aanzienlijk beter wordt in hardlopen. Echte aanrader voor lopers van alle niveaus

Good app but not perfect

Have used Trenara for 6 months or so, first when training for a half marathon and then kept it up mostly. For a ‘recreational’ runner it has been a good way to give a purpose to each run rather than the same old speed and plodding. And it is good to be able to switch workouts with the paid app. However, when deciding to upgrade again to pro in prep for a spring marathon, I was disappointed that a 30km prep race was rejected as an intermediate goal - only half marathon distance max. In my view there should be a feature to override this - for my own plan, it means I will end up building it myself around the 30k since Trenara didn’t accept it. So, regrettably, cancelling the paid subscription again.

Hi Alex! Thanks for the review. When it comes to the max distance of B-races, there's indeed room for improvement. It's on our list, but we had to focus on the fundamentals first, before adding extra 'intelligence' to the other features.
