Description
Use the remote control feature of the Truma App to conveniently and easily control your Truma heaters and air conditioning systems and also to check the current appliance and vehicle status while you’re out and about. Camping becomes easier, more comfortable and safer.

App is not oke
The app is stuck too often in the dealer part. You wil have to shut down your device and restart it before you can enter the settings in your camper or caravan. Bad design. When you enter the login part for dealers you cannot return to your settings without shutting down and restart.
Still no solution for this bad app!
Although Truma has informed me in reaction to an earlier bad review that they are working on a solution, this app still keeps crashing when using it on an IPhone! Need to delete and reinstall it over and again. The explanation and ‘tip’ they gave me on how to close down the app before reopening it is incomprehensible beyond belief. Truma, how difficult can it be to make this app function properly on an IPhone? Does it really have to take this many years, and all these bad reviews from paying customers? Wake up and fix this problem asap now. Much obliged.

Bad
Keeps crashing on my IPhone and IPad. Need to delete and reinstall it every 3 to 4 days in order to have it ‘working’. Truma; is this really the service you offer your customers? Fix this.

It has proven to be a good idea to close the app completely and reopen it before opening it again. This allows you to continue using the app. Tip for closing it completely: Display all apps and swipe the Truma app upwards.
