We’re the newest and easiest way of traveling around the city. Why? Because we’re on a mission to create one seamless and easy-to-use app for all mobility providers. So say ‘goodbye’ to switching between apps and ‘hello’ to the future of shared mobility. From this day on you only need umob.

Our mission
We’re the new kid in town with global ambitions. Our mission is to create a world with sustainable cities and a more efficient use of the existing transportation options. That’s why we’re developing one platform for all mobility providers out there. Because only through cooperation we’re able to create a sustainable and liveable future for everyone. And you’re able to travel easily from A to B. And back again.

Het aanmelden is een onnodig lang proces waarin ze te veel informatie vragen. Ik ben halverwege gestopt.

Dank voor het melden van de feedback Adiel. Dat waarderen we en we kijken graag mee hoe we dit kunnen verbeteren. We werken nu o.a. aan een automatische fill-in van de adresgegevens. De benodigde verificatie is slechts eenmalig, en zijn we vanwege veiligheidsoogpunt verplicht. Binnenkort kan je ook met de Apple Sign-in aanmelden, dat zou de snelheid een stuk moeten verbeteren. Hopelijk kunnen we je daarmee verder helpen!
Duurder dan aanbieders zelf
Let op! Deze app kost je meer. Als je bijvoorbeeld een taxi besteld bij Bolt dan ben je hier €24 kwijt. Als je de zelfde rit bij bolt besteld ben je maar €18 euro kwijt. Geldverspilling dus!!

Hoi Joep! Dank voor je feedback m.b.t. onze services. Wij als umob hanteren geen hogere prijzen dan Bolt, we streven juist naar gelijke prijzen als onze partners die we integeren in onze app. Vervelend dat je dit zo hebt ervaren. Het kan voorkomen dat Bolt zelf voor haar bestaande klanten kortingen hanteert of prijsverlagingen aanbiedt, daar zijn ze uiteraard vrij in en dat geldt specifiek binnen hun eigen app. Net als wij dat ook kunnen doen met bepaalde kortingsacties of voor speciale gelegenheden.
We hopen je terug te zien binnen ons platform! Vanaf volgende maand voegen we 6 additionele taxi providers toe zodat je altijd diegene kunt kiezen die jou het beste uit komt, voor het zelfde tarief!
