Maar voor dat je verbinding hebt om terug te praten is de bezorger al weer weg.

An app with potential.
Overall, I’m a big fan of Ubiquiti’s products. Also the app for iPhone and iPad work flawlessly most of the time.
The tvOS app however seems to be unstable. On some of my Apple TVs (all 4K) I’m being signed-out without a clear reason. I use the app multiple times per day but this still occurs.
It would be nice of the tvOS app would get the option to change the order of the camera views and picture in picture.
It would also be nice if we could answer the doorbell via the Apple TV app and it’s remote.
Please make the app more stable and please resolve the bug.
The Protect app has a lot of potential but it hasn’t been unlocked yet.

We appreciate the feedback and would like to help. Are you getting signed out multiple times per day without invalidating the session from other devices (phone etc.)? What's the Web Session Timeout setting at https://account.ui.com/security ? Please reach out to us at mobile-support@ui.com so we can provide assistance!
