Requirements
You must have a United Utilities account number (if you are a new customer let us know here https://www.unitedutilities.com/my-account/moving-home/a-new-customer/) *
Compatible with iPhones and will require IOS version 10.0 or above
A WiFi , 3G or Edge connection is required

*you can report a leak without needing your account number

The App will ask your permission before some actions, such as calling us from the App and using your camera for meter reads.

Thanks for using our app. We are always looking at ways to improve your experience and in this latest release, we have enhanced the process of submitting a meter read when you’ve just moved into your property.
