Description

Feel like an air traffic controller

In this simulation game, you're an air traffic controller at a busy airport. The goal is to guide planes safely landing parking and taking off, avoiding collisions between them.

This game is much like the actual operation of a busy airport, but with easy and self-explanatory controls. Is a great hobby that stimulates memory and reasoning.

Have fun and good flights

Pacing, rewarding and realism challenge

So there is plenty of potential in this game. I enjoy the concept, it is simple and at times quite challenging. I would not be the first time that I was almost lulled asleep by the simple tasks when suddenly: 3 pushbacks, 2 consecutive arrivals on the same runway while I have an aligned plane and the departed plane had a failed lift off etc etc.

I feel like many others that the pacing is way off. It honestly takes at least 20 hours to get enough money to unlock a new airport (to finally see (and hear) something else). This is if you can resist buying some other planes to arrive at your airport. I suggest giving the cash reward for every single departing flight. Or maybe even for every arriving plane too. Then it can be a smaller amount each time but please think of the pacing. After playing a few hours I expect to have unlocked all gates and planes of the first airport, not after several days.

This brings me to another point: The variety of default planes. I am honestly sick and tired of hearing “Blue skies” any longer. I hope to god that this is a fictional airliner because I will never fly with them willingly. Give some more variety at the start of the game please. Just give us the small planes of most of the companies or something...

I am also wondering how realistic it is to fail a game after 2 turn arounds. What if I have an actual failed lift off with another approach behind it? What am I going to suggest then?

Now I understand fully the business model for a game. In game purchases... but you must be out of your mind if I am going to put down 50 euros to play one level of a game. (The realistic airfield) It needs to feel way more attainable to unlock things.

Then the graphics: I am sure that most devices are more than capable to more than this: Add some more detail in there: Ground personnel, birds in the sky, colleagues that do a little more than wiggling, passengers. More anti-aliasing. More streamlined buttons.

Of course the voices. For some reason tower always responds in the voice of the pilot. :P This can’t be right. Have us choose a voice for tower.

Then it would be helpful if the clock also showed the next scheduled arrival in one glance.
And maybe have the clearance list only show up when something needs doing? I don’t care too much about planes that are standing still, I want to be able to see all the movement in a list. So maybe have it hidden unless I want to check which planes are standing still (for some reason).

More movement options... Have us be creative and utilise the roads better when we need to reroute.

Mind: I wouldn’t write all this if I didn’t like the game, honestly. There is so much potential in here for me, I just want to have it be better than it is now.

Superb

Great game, takes a bit of patience at the beginning but afterwards progress increases a lot. I have on request, can you add Amsterdam Schiphol or Bergen Flesland to the game? Or single taxiway backtrack runways, like the old London City Airport or Florence? Thanks!
