Confusing App

I am used to one fit and USC app is a big mess. You can not simply book anything but sometimes need to use other apps, mail or phone to book courses. That is not very convenient and makes the scheduler useless as I do not have all the meetings in there so on top I also need another external calendar for an overview. Also cancelations are not quite clear. I am dissatiafied. Hope this app is just an MVP and will be improved soon. Please have a look at your sister app „one fit“, UX is very nice and its working as a single source solution.

So bad I cringe

Love the USC concept here in Berlin, but the disfunctional app makes it horrible. Classes don’t show up, if they do, the app does not let me book them. If you book a class it disappears from your schedule again without any reason. Bad bad bad

Ridiculous

Ridiculous pricing changes
10 check ins for 66€ is just not ok
They are cashing out before going completely bankrupt
So so so disappointed, stared well…

Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the recent changes. It is absolutely understandable. However, I need to remark that our goal is to continue improving our sports offer and include more and better sports venues and new activities, but we cannot go forward if we do not balance our sports offer and the unlimited access to it. For this reason, we decided to add a limit of check-ins per month and increase our prices.

It is true that the rise in energy prices has had an impact on pretty much everything. For that reason, our partners and ourselves have being experiencing extra costs and consequently, we had to adjust our fees and policies.

We really hope you understand that in order to keep up with our wide sports offer, these adjustments have been necessary. We will also be very happy if you give us another chance.
