I have opted for home clinic, salon treatment and massage treatment over the course of 2 years. This is a good platform to bring professionals together.

The girl cleaned well but I surprisedly I found the new sofa chair damaged from oil.
I did not understand that at the beginning so I spoke with this very bad customer service ( just an advice better that in Dubai you start hiring European and Arabic because we are all tired from this attitudes ) which obviously told me that the maid did not do anything.

After a while I smelt the oil on the sofa chair which was in a small battle on my night table. So what happened is that she removed the bottle of oil from the night table putting it on the sofa chair damaging it!

I told the amazing customer service to send someone just to deep steam cleaning the sofa . It would have taken 30 minutes but no way.

After some hours , I don t know what happened I found the maid under my home telling me : “I m sorry for the damage “and that she would have tried to clean it . But she did not have the steam machine so I told her to leave ( as she would have damaged it more ) and I did not like to be considered a layer from the customer service!

I ll not book again and I ll tell all my friends not to book again with you.

Bytheway , just a small advice as it seems in Dubai you have a very big problem in managing this situations: next time, if a customer is complaining for a very small thing like a sofa which will cost you like nothing to deep steam clean it , better to send someone so you will not lose the customer !

We are not talking about 300 aed for your company …but let s see how much it will cost to me the new sofa chair…maybe 3000?
