Here’s how it works:

- Explore the map, find your e-bike and unlock the e-bike with your phone
- Enjoy the ride! You can lock your e-bike anywhere anytime
- Return and lock the e-bike at the station you started
- End your booking and pay directly in the app through iDeal, Bancontact or Creditcard

De inschrijving ging soepel, maar nu moet ik ‘dichtbij’ een station zijn om te zien of ik daar een fiets kan boeken. Wat nou als blijkt dat ze een half lege accu hebben, of dat ze net voor mijn neus worden weggepakt (je kan niet reserveren). Hierdoor heeft de app niet zo veel nut.

Ik moet helaas een slechte rating geven aangezien de app toch wel echt slecht werkt.
Die fietsen zijn verdeeld over de rand van de stad, ik ga naar de dichtbezijnste fiets overigens wel in het centrum. Moet ik naar een parkeer garage waar ik daar voor moet betalen om binnen te komen. Staat daar één fiets waarop de app staat aangegeven dat er twee staan, de fiets totaal niet opgeladen en de oplading ziet er ook kapot uit dus lijkt me moeilijk om dat ding überhaupt op te laden.
Nou goed ik laat dat ding staan want ja met een lege accu gaan fietsen lijkt me niet heel slim. Ben ik op zoek naar een andere fiets maarja alles is mistens 5 km ver weg of het is een privé station. En na de callcenter gebeld te hebben helaas ook geen reactie terug gekregen van hun. Dus als je geld je lief is zou ik niet deze app downloaden, want eigenlijk kan je het dan net zo goed weggooien.
tenzij de klantenservice mij terug belt met of een exacte locatie waar ik een vol geladen fiets kan ophalen, of gewoon mijn geld terug gestort krijg.
Ben ik zeer ontevreden over de ervaring met dit bedrijf. Alhoewel ik het concept goed vind is de uitvoering toch wel bijzonder slecht. Mijn advies: dit bedrijf vermijden!!

You need to make an account to find out where bikes are. And then to find out there is no bike in my area. Furthermore the app is buggy and slow. :( derp.
I would like to see that this service evolves! The concept is nice!
