Also use this app as an alternative if your cloud storage on iCloud, Google Photos, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. is full. With this app, you can fit many more videos there by compressing them before uploading, without significant loss of quality.

Overview:
- Compress a single video, multiple videos or entire albums to save storage on your device
- Customize strength of compression (resolution and bitrate)
- Preview to check image quality of the compressed video
- Preview of disk space before and after compression
- Simple & intuitiv
- If you like, the app can also delete the original video for you (requires at least iOS 8) so that only the compressed ones will be kept. Please note that deleted videos may still appear in the album "Recently Deleted". Delete them as well to save disk space.

The following presets are available to compress your videos:
- Full HD 1080p (1920x1080 Pixel)
- HD 720p (1280x720 Pixel)

In addition to that you can also specify the bitrate to compress your videos. The app shows you the new memory space of the compressed video. Also you have a video preview to check the image quality.

Good app!

Very fast and super easy to use! I use it to make files such as videos smaller as the phone I own is not able to. It is completely free as long as you use the basic features, but the basic features are all you need. Would 100% recommend.

Works great!

I have to say, it works great for compressing long videos to the max 15MB allowed by Facebook Messenger!

Maybe another nice feature would be to ask to ‘share the video now’ after compression, instead of asking to delete the original. And once it’s shared, maybe the compressed version can be deleted.

Also, it would be nice to add the app as a share target, so I could select ‘share’ from the photo library, share it to the video compress app, have it compressed, and then share it from the video compress app to Messenger or whatever. That would save me a lot of switching screens.

And lastly, it would be nice to have presets for sharing, i’e’ ‘messenger’, which would compress the video to 15MB automatically without me having to adjust a slider.

Still advertisements with paid version!!

The app works, however after paying (€ 5,49) for it, I expected an ad-free app!! The paid version of the app still contains video advertisements! And they last 5 seconds every time! Very annoying!!
