Video to pic is the best way to extract Full HD moments from your videos.

Videos are loaded directly from your Photo Library to the Video to Photo app, then you can inspect the video frame by frame and pick up the one you like to save as still image. The photo will be saved at the same resolution as the source video.

Works perfectly and simply

Does what it needs to do and easy to use. Frames that come out are good quality. The ad before saving is slightly annoying, but hey, the developer also has to eat.
