Lijkt een leuke app maar je krijgt geen geld
Alles is eerst heel makkelijk en leuk. Blij dat ik mijn eerste artikelen had verkocht! Super netjes en snel opgestuurd naar de koper. En vervolgens haalt de koper mijn pakker niet op en krijg ik mijn geld niet. Er is geen klantenservice van Vinted! Dus niemand lost dit probleem ook op! Heel slecht. Ga weer terug naar marktplaats met verkopen. En hoop dat ik van Vinted ooit mijn geld nog krijg.
Leuk idee, veel mooie spullen te koop
Maar hopelijk heb je geen problemen met je zending want de klantenservice is één groot zoekveld en dus een enorm drama. Contact krijgen is gewoon onmogelijk!!
Niet oke voor de planeet, onbetrouwbaar verkopen worden in de hand gewerkt
Veel verkopers op vinted sturen rotzooi en zijn onbetrouwbaar over staat van product wetende dat de regel is terugsturen en gokken er op dat je dat niet doet omdat dat duurder us internationaal vaak dan behouden. Aldus helemaal niet goed voor planeet, producten die al op zijn maar heen en weer sturen en is zeker niet gratis. In werkelijkheid is kopers bescherming geen enkele support maar business model en kost veel ongelofelijk veel tijd in herhalen van probleem en wordt niet eens gelezen🙄😞
