App werkt niet

Als ik probeer in te loggen geeft de app een time-out aan en om het over 15 minuten nog een keer te proberen. Doe je dat, krijg je weer dezelfde melding, en dit al een paar weken. Hoe lang gaat die time-out duren? Is ondertussen al twee maanden i.p.v. 15 minuten.

Waardeloze app blijft foutmelding geven

Kan niet eens inloggen, iedere keer een foutmelding dat er iets stuk is gegaan.

Niet kunnen inloggen en de melding dat er iets stuk is, dat is niet fijn. Doordat er geen storing met de My Vodafone app bekend is, helpen we je om dit op te lossen. Uit ervaring blijkt dat het vaak in de accountgegevens zit. Neem contact met ons op via appsupport@vodafone.nl met kopie van je review + gebruikersnaam. Dan gaan we voor je aan de slag.
