Que abriendo una disputa se bloquee la web si te y ahí se cancelé la queja sin haber vuelta atrás, es injusto para un comprador habitual y que la respuesta sea automática una vergüenza

App dont work

I made yesterday an account and everything was oke, today i cannot get in the app, but i can log in on Safari or another device but the app on my phone doesnt work, any tips please???
