Geen wifi verbindibg meer
Sinds de laatste update krijg ik geen wifi verbinding meer met de wallbox copper. Netwerk is in de lucht en functioneert prima. Nu is de WB alleen nog via bluetooth te bereiken. Da’s geen vooruitgang…
Software rammelt
De software op zowel telefoon als de online software rammelt… De laadpaal (Copper SB) wordt als ‘locked’ weergegeven terwijl hij actief staat te laden. Installatie van MID meter is erg onduidelijk en instructies van de helpdesk nogal vaag. De Wallbox serviceorganisatie is compleet afgeschermd, je kan enkel via mail contact krijgen en dat werkt erg traag. Laatste IOS app is zeker een verbetering, maar ik snap echt niet waarom je nog steeds via Bluetooth moet communiceren om de ‘echte’ status te zien, terwijl hij een prima ethernet koppeling heeft (bedraad) die dan vervolgens niet de echte status van de laadpaal weergeeft. reactie op vragen worden afgedaan met neem maar contact op met de helpdesk of check de Wallbox ‘academy’…
Erg jammer, want de potentie is er zeker qua hardware en mogelijkheden. Denk dat het verstandiger is dat Wallbox haar software engineers terug naar de Academy stuurt en een fatsoenlijk service apparaat optuigt i.p.v zich te verschuilen achter een digitaal loket…
Wallbox Copper SB kan niet laden
Sinds 2 weken kan je via de app van Wallbox , volgens mij na laatste update, de auto niet meer selecteren om op te laden. Na laadpaal van spanning te halen werkt het wel weer via de app.
