WELLNESSとはWHO（世界保健機構）が国際的に提示した、運動を適度に日常生活に取り入れながら、健康的なライフスタイルを追求するという趣旨で提唱された概念です。
・運動とは、運を動かすこと
ウェルネスを意識した毎日を送ることで、日々が充実したものになるだけでなく、あらゆる病気の予防となります。
精神的、身体的に常にベストな状態でいることができるということは、年齢を重ねていくことを楽しめることにも繋がるでしょう。
私どもが最も伝えたいメッセージは、短期的なダイエットだけではなく、【WELLNESS】の概念そのものなのです。
運動とは、まさに【運を動かすもの】であり、継続的に行うことで、未来の生活を豊かにしてくれるものと信じております。
