The whatt.io app is used to program the NFC tag on a product and that will create a live connection to its life-cycle data. whatt.io is digital platform solution, an app and a physical chip. The NFC chip and standard are normally used for credit card payments and gives whatt.io the support of 1.6 Billion mobile phones capable of supporting the ISO 14443A standard. The app needs a user registration on whatt.io that enables you to build up brands, products and parts that are equipped with product information, assembly, spare parts, support, recycling and return information as well as updates and repair assistance.
