Poor user interface.

If you buy the 24 h ticket, then you are presented a NON-responsive "Validate" button. To get it working you have jump trough a number of hoops which do not make sense at all and of which there is no indication which hoop you have to jump trough. If you finally managed to jump trough al the hoops, the Validate button will only be responsive for the "Correspondence" period. For a 24h ticket that of course should be 24h. But it's likely the much shorter Correspondence period of an other type of ticket that you did not buy. So after that Correspondence period expired you have to do the hoop jumping again to get the Validate button responsive again.

Presenting a NON-responsive Validate button to the user is a major design failure.

Advice: if you want to use a 24h ticket on the Bordeaux tram, do NOT use this app with frustrating user interface, but buy one from a ticket machine at a tram stop.
