Not automaticaly transducing FTP

The app misses for me the automatic FTP settings to your standard default.
So if you in a FTP FTP match up to for example 325W it would be nice to automatically set your start W at 40%
Also would it be nice to automatically raise the power in a test and lower again if Hartrates seems to exceed estimated rates calculated by the Karvonen or Ilmarinen maths..

I do not find much joy in setting all things up without having the results kept in a way that i can check AND use them
