Great!
Now I can use my iPad Pro as a drawing tablet. Very happy!
Very pleased
I’m pleasantly surprised by this app. Getting it was a bit of a risk, as there are currently no reviews on it yet, but it’s gained my trust rather quickly.
I have the iPad Pro 10.5 inch with the Apple Pencil and am using it with a MacBook Pro mid 2012 model.
The Yam Pad is compatible with
- Photoshop
- Lightroom
- Illustrator
- Corel painter
- Sketchbook Pro
And adds in several finger gestures (such as zooming and panning) as well as pressure sensitivity for 3D Touch (iPhones) and the Apple Pencil (with both pressure sensitivity and tilt :D). They even claim that other third-party styli will work, but I don’t have first-hand experience on that.
So far I haven’t experienced any lag or crashing witch is great. I would like to have the option to zoom into a specific area of my computer screen as my iPad is only 10 inches and having the entire photoshop window visible on it is unnecessary...
Overall I’m very pleased!
