YVEC Job Briefing 4+

Keeping safety first is a priority in the electrical cooperative industry. The YVEC Job Briefing (YVEC JB) app powered through MySource give complete, instant access to the Montana Electric Cooperatives' Association Safety Manual, offering linemen the ability to quickly check certain job situation and/or hazards that will immediately refer them to sections of the manual pertaining to the specific situation so they may remain safe while performing their job functions in the field. This powerful tool also gives linemen the ability to view, monitor and manage jobs. Linemen have the ability to complete and export their paperwork into a CSV file from the field for rapid distribution to their office headquarters for record keeping, saving time and improving efficiencies.

The "YVEC Job Briefing" will allow for electronic signatures and export functionality to allow for a PDF export designed to resemble the fillable form that is now seen when a job briefing is being completed.
