Connection time out
Only thing the app tells me for a while now… “connection time out”. Apple phone app is useless an does not work. Can’t control my robot anymore. Solve this zaco! No way to get in contact with you. No service adres or mail in the app.

Mailed suport three times now. No response at al. (Not even in spam folder) I would advice al new customers to look for another brand.

Connection time out
App is useless
Useless
The app started with having connection time outs, then it just gave a white screen. Now it times out before login in. Bought the more expensive robot for the app and then it doesn’t work... The app does not have the functionality it shows on the website. Seems it only updates the other app but that doesn’t link to my robot, that is just new. Very disappointed in Zaco
