Quickly and safely arrange your health care affairs in the Zilveren Kruis app
Logging into our app is always done through DigiD to ensure you have easy and safe access to your personal data. View the app in Dutch or in English.
Quickly see:
- How you are insured with us and those (co-) insured with you.
- Your reimbursements.
- Submitted and reimbursed health care costs.
- How much excess you still have (left).
Easily arrange yourself:
- Your claims. Take a photo and submit it. Reimbursed the next working day.
- Find answers to your reimbursement questions. Chat with our chatbot or customer service agents.
- Your transport authorisation.

What’s New
Version 6.0.0
DigiD has increased their security requirements. From now on, every time you want to log in you will be asked to use DigiD. This way we can better protect your personal information. New to the app is your profile. Here you will find, for example, your personal details, how to contact us and you can change your settings. You can also log out easily here.
We update our app regularly. Turn on automatic app updates in your phone’s settings.

Declaratie indienen
Ik vind dit best lastig, bestand wordt heel vaak niet herkend terwijl het goed is.
Ook is het lastig dat je geen door je zorgverlener e.mail gestuurde e. Mail

Gegevens niet meer zichtbaar
De app was en werkte prima echter na de update is er helemaal niets meer mogelijk met de app noch zichtbaar.
