How does it work?

* Submit claims: For delays up to three months ago.

* Fast money back: After approval, you'll receive your money in your account within three working days.

* All public transport chip card holders, with or without a subscription.
* Business travelers and Student Public Transport pass holders receive payments directly to their own account.

What does it cost?
Absolutely nothing until your claim is approved. Only 15% of the approved claim goes to Zoef.app, with a standard maximum of 1.25 euros. Check the app for more information.

Veel te vaak heb ik vertraging en geld terug claimen was een drama (vergat het daardoor ook vaak). Lekker makkelijk met Zoef! Is mijn tijd ten minste goed besteed als ik weer ergens te laat ben :-)
