Zulip Chat
Very easy and secure app, only down side is you need to switch between accounts if you have more then one.
Rather use browser version
This app does very little right. As an app, it has much less functionality than the browser version, so there is a very limited use case for it. The only reason to have this installed is to have notifications. But given that your notifications don’t disappear if you read them on another device (!), it becomes a hassle to use it in practise. Now I have to clear the notifications on my phone and tablet when I’ve already answered all the messages on my computer. And added to that, it keeps making noises when I receive a private message, *despite having it open on my computer at the same time*!!
