What we love: Playing as the team manager! In this key role you’re responsible for everything from research and driver development to strategy on the track. Success out there not only comes down to simply racing, it’s also about managing your drivers’ pace and minding fuel consumption and tyre wear – the finer details that can make the difference when it comes to outsmarting your opponents.
Quick tip: Although it may sound counterintuitive, sometimes using harder and slower tyres can be beneficial when trying to gain positions. That’s because they’ll give you the opportunity to lap your opponents while they’re in the pits. Just be sure to space out your drivers on the track – you don’t want everyone trying to pit simultaneously.
