This app is seriously bad! This wouldn’t be a major problem if this wasn’t the only way to electronically purchase a ticket for the public transportation system in Hanover.
Usability is below average.
The checkout process is slow and tedious. Moreover it only works sometimes! Rather often it is not possible to buy a ticket because the app does not manage to connect the server?! Several retries do not solve the problem either.
The route planning function seems to work, but the same functionality you also find in Google maps and the like…
